Overall it was well-equipped and well furnished with comfortable bed.

Fine base for 1 night with very very nice staff at the reception desk. Airy double room with large opening windows, storage space, as for instance. Incredible, good location close to many shops, Japanese and Chinese restaurants and a random taxi...

Beds were not comfortable.

The hotel was IDEAL and clean, it had great wi-fi, its location was magnificent near Albrook airport.

The rooms were bright and airy with comfortable bed, storage space and large opening windows, just what we needed. Location: the hotel was near a nice park, Albrook Mall and shopping malls, restaurants and other businesses.

Friendly staff and convenient location.

The walls are so thin that I could hear everything, including loud conversations and doors slamming at all hours. It was annoying to deal with the lack of adequate amenities, as the room was poorly maintained and did not match the expectations set by the promotional photos.

The hotel offers a fantastic location, central to top attractions. The quiet and clean environment enhances the overall experience. The free breakfast included a wonderful variety, particularly the warm toasts that were a hit with my family. I found that the limited breakfast variety could be improved for longer stays, and addressing some minor reservation issues took some time, though the staff was ultimately helpful.

The Standard Queen Room was super comfy and clean. I loved how the cups were all wrapped up. The bed felt great after a long day, and the room was spacious enough for me to move around easily. Everything was tidy and fresh, which I really appreciated.

Perfect for a solo venture

Had a nice breakfast every morning, the variety was good, made a difference after a long day. The room was larger than I expected, with a dining area, felt pretty good dining in there like I was back at home.

Definitely not budget-friendly, but in the end, it worked out.

The hotel had a great pool area that our kids loved. The location is perfect, right near various restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed some yummy scrambled eggs at breakfast, even though it wasn't super varied. Staff members were really friendly.

It was tough fitting us and our luggage. Too many steps in the hotel made it a bit challenging for us to navigate, especially after a day out exploring.

I loved the beautiful landscaping around the pool area. The accessible walkways were easy to navigate, allowing me to enjoy the lovely outdoor space without any hassle.

More variety in breakfast offerings would be appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the attentive staff and the great proximity to parks like the Metropolitan National Park, only a short walk away, awesome for peaceful strolls amidst nature, and I loved the fact that several delicious restaurants are just a few steps from the hotel, making it really easy to grab a bite after a day of exploring.
